ME4069

    ME4069 is a lithium battery charge management chip with constant current and constant voltage charging mode. A single (4.2V) lithium battery can be charged quickly and efficiently. The current mode PWM step-down switch control structure provides a small, simple and efficient solution for fast charging of lithium batteries.
    ME4069 built-in anti-backflow function, so the practical application does not require the input end diode anti-backflow. The system cost is greatly reduced. The chip has built-in overvoltage protection function. When the VIN voltage of the chip exceeds 6V, the chip shuts down, and the VIN end of the chip can withstand 6V.
    The ME4069 uses an external Sense resistor to set a highly accurate charge current, and an internal divider resistor and a precise reference voltage to set the battery's floating charge voltage at 4.2V with an accuracy of up to ±1%. When the input power is removed, the chip automatically enters low-current sleep mode, and the battery leakage current is as low as 1μA. When the charging cycle is over, if the voltage of a single battery drops to 4.1V, the chip will automatically re-charge the battery.
