XYT8324概述：
XYT8324 contains 3 NMOS power transistor drive circuits and 3 PMOS power transistor drive circuits internally. The 78L05 three terminal voltage regulator is integrated inside the circuit, which can provide a stable 5V output power supply.
XYT8324 can operate up to 36V with a maximum withstand voltage of 65V. When the working voltage is 24V, the internal control circuit can make the gate voltage of the PMOS power transistor open to about 12V (i.e. the VGS voltage of the PMOS power transistor is about -12V).
XYT8324 can achieve fast on/off of NMOS and PMOS, with delay and on/off times both within 400ns (under the condition of a load capacitance of 1nF).
