It was reported on February 18 that Intel shared the details of the product and process technology roadmap at the 2022 investor conference, in which the chip OEM business will focus on three key points, such as vehicle use.
At present, incomplete supply chain and traditional process technology will not be able to support the growing demand and the transition to more computing intensive applications. It is reported that Intel pointed out that the chip foundry service (IFS) is setting up a special automobile department to provide complete solutions for automobile manufacturers, and gives priority to three key points: open central computing architecture, automobile grade manufacturing network, and assisting automobile chip manufacturers to switch to advanced process and packaging technology.
