HAA9209 Description:
The HAA9209 is an FM interference-free, Class AB/D switchable, high-efficiency, filter-free 3.2W mono audio power amplifier. Ultra-low EMI is ideal for use in portable devices with FM capabilities.
The HAA9209's differential input architecture and extremely high PSRR effectively improve the HAA9209's ability to suppress RF noise. The filter-free PWM modulation structure and gain built-in approach reduce external components, PCB area and system costs, and simplify design. Up to 90% efficiency, fast start-up time and small package size make the HAA9209 the perfect choice for portable audio products.
The HAA9209 has a very low turn-off current, greatly extending the standby time of the system. The OCP, OTP, and UVLO protection functions enhance system reliability. Turning POP-click suppression on and off improves the auditory perception of the system and simplifies system debugging.
The HAA9209 is available in a DFN2x2_8L package with heat sink
