Yateli releases its first vehicle specification level MCU, with AT32A403A passing AEC-Q100 vehicle specification certification

Time:2023-08-12 Views:757
Recently, AT32A403A launched its first automotive grade MCU chip, officially entering the automotive chip field. It combines high efficiency, high safety, and high reliability, and can be widely used in vehicle applications such as body control, ADAS assisted driving, in car audio and video, and BMS.
High reliability, meeting vehicle specification level standards
Compared to general electronic products, automotive electronics requires higher reliability of MCU to ensure user safety and driving in extreme environments. As the first vehicle specification level MCU product of Yateli, AT32A403A has successfully passed the AEC-Q100 Grade2 vehicle specification level reliability certification, meeting the functional safety standards of vehicle specification level MCU. It can be used in most automotive application environments with an ambient temperature range of -40 ° C to 105 ° C, meeting the requirements of high reliability and stability for automotive electronics.
Yateli prioritizes safety and reliability requirements, following the AEC-Q100 standard, and has conducted a series of train level certifications including accelerated environmental stress testing, accelerated life testing, packaging and assembly integration testing, and electrical characteristic confirmation testing. At the same time, we will strengthen product quality control and integrate quality management into various aspects of product research and development, manufacturing, sales, technical services, etc. We will implement product reliability verification and management to ensure that product reliability is not compromised.
Excellent performance to meet the high-speed computing needs of automobiles
Continuing the performance advantages of the AT32F403A, the AT32A403A is equipped with 32-bit ARM ® Cortex ®- M4 core, built-in single precision floating-point computing unit (FPU), using advanced 55nm process to effectively improve the overall efficiency of up to 200MHz computing speed. Built in high-speed memory, capable of supporting up to 1MB Flash and 224KB SRAM, including 1 high-level external memory (XMC) extension, and providing an additional external SPI flash memory interface of up to 16M bytes. High main frequency and large memory design, meeting the needs of various complex functional algorithms in automotive electronics.
In order to meet the diverse needs of current automotive electronics, AT32A403A integrates rich peripheral functions and provides multiple communication modules, including up to 3 I2C, 4 SPI, 2 SDIO, 8 USART/UART, 1 USBFS, and 2 CAN interfaces. It can achieve various communication modes for automotive control and meet the needs of on-board network connection.
AT32A403A is equipped with three 12-bit 2Msps high-speed ADCs and two 12-bit DACs, which can achieve high-speed data acquisition and transmission for automotive electronics. And equipped with 8 universal 16 bit timers, 2 universal 32 bit timers, and up to 2 advanced 16 bit timers, supporting vehicle mounted motor control.
The AT32A403A series products support three low-power modes: sleep, deep sleep, and standby. The power supply voltage is 2.6V to 3.6V, and the power saving mode can ensure the requirements of low-power applications in automotive electronics. When the car is not running or the selected electronic device is not working, the control module can be turned off or the low-power state can be entered.
Efficient and safe development ecology
AT32A403A is suitable for the existing development ecosystem of AT32 MCU, such as hardware resources such as AT Link Family programming and debugging tools, as well as software resources such as BSP standard library and ICP/ISP programming tools. It supports IDE platforms such as Keil, IAR, eclipse, RT Thread Studio, and OS/GUI platforms such as RT Thread OS, FreeRTOS, and LittlevGL to improve the efficiency of automotive electronic product development.
The automotive industry is accelerating towards intelligent networked electrification, and information security is becoming increasingly important. AT32A403A has multiple chip security protection measures, including absolute read protection (RDP), random number Flash burning, and the sLibrary (security library) function developed by Yateli. It can specify a range to protect specific program areas with passwords. For example, after the upstream solution provider protects the kernel algorithm, it can be provided to downstream customers for secondary program development. When external expansion SPI NOR Flash is burned through MCU and expanded, the program and data in this section will be scrambled and encrypted by the internal hardware of the chip, providing comprehensive protection for MCU code.
Widely applied, enriching the automotive electronic intelligence experience
AT32A403A has the advantages of high reliability, high performance, and security code protection, which can be applied in car lights, windows, seats, BMS, fans, air conditioning, BLDC motors, sensors, T-Box, door handles, OBC, instruments, car central entertainment systems, EPS, reverse radar, ADAS, 360 look around, OBD, intelligent rearview mirrors, PM2.5, head up display HUD, wireless charging, alarm, PTC car heaters, etc., covering body control Multimedia information systems, instrument control, power motors, and emerging intelligent and real-time safety systems bring a richer intelligent experience to the automotive electronics field.
In response to diverse packaging and storage needs, AT32A403A offers a series of chips for selection, with 12 product models, including four packaging types including QFN48, LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP100. At present, samples of this series of products have been sent and officially put into mass production and supply in August of this year.
About AEC-Q100
EC-Q100 certification is a reliability testing standard for automotive electronic components developed by the Automotive Electronics Council, which has high authority in the global automotive industry. AEC-Q100 has a high certification threshold, a wide coverage of testing projects, and extremely strict requirements for the design quality, safety, and reliability of chip products. It is an important passport for integrated circuit manufacturers to enter the automotive field. AT32A403A has passed the AEC-Q100 certification, marking that the performance and reliability indicators of the Yateli car grade MCU comply with international car specification chip standards, and the product quality has been recognized and affirmed by the international authoritative certification system.
