    SC235HGS and SC135HGS adopt the innovative SmartGS of STW ®- 2 Plus technology, based on global shutter technology and backlit pixel structure design, brings higher sensitivity and better quantum efficiency (QE), and applies High Density MIM (HD MIM) technology, greatly reducing random noise and improving image quality. SmartGS ®- With the support of 2 Plus technology, the SC235HGS and SC135HGS are based on a smaller 3.45 μ M pixel size, achieving a 4.0 level performance compared to the previous generation μ M products have better imaging performance.

Even in low light industrial environments, the high QE performance of new products can still help machine vision cameras accurately detect and measure targets, efficiently solving the problem of automated assembly line visual information collection.
• Low noise
    With the innovative ultra-low noise peripheral reading circuit technology of STW, SC235HGS and SC135HGS have achieved better noise suppression and further optimized the imaging performance of the product at high temperatures. At 16 times gain, the fixed noise (FPN) of SC235HGS and SC135HGS is as low as 2.03e -, which is significantly reduced by about 77% compared to previous generation technology products. In addition, both chips achieved PRNU as low as 0.62%, and the dark current (DC) was as low as 350e/s in an 80 ° C environment, which was reduced by more than 26% and 39% respectively compared to the previous generation technology products. This not only brought clean and detailed imaging effects with low noise, but also improved the imaging performance of the new product at high temperatures.

    On SmartGS ®- With the support of advanced 2 Plus technology and high frame rate design, the SC235HGS and SC135HGS have excellent shutter efficiency (PLS increased to>40000), and support frame rates of up to 130fps and 160fps respectively, greatly improving the collection speed and stability of image sensors. Not afraid of light interference, HDR function improves industrial detection accuracy
    Industrial machine vision cameras often need to face complex and harsh operating environments. CIS equipped with High Dynamic Range (HDR) function can capture more details and textures in low light, high contrast, or strong light changing backgrounds, resulting in more accurate images.
    SC235HGS and SC135HGS have implemented HDR imaging without motion artifacts under a global shutter architecture, allowing for flexible adjustment of exposure in a single frame image, presenting rich details of dark and bright parts, effectively expanding the dynamic range of the image (reaching over 90dB). It can be better applied to detection environments such as uneven lighting or extreme brightness, greatly improving the accuracy and reliability of detection, and helping to improve production efficiency and quality control.
