    According to partner information, the fund is jointly invested by Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., Dongguan Emerging Strategic Industry Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Zhongshan Industrial Investment Master Fund (Limited Partnership), and Guangdong Yuecai Fund Management Co., Ltd. Among them, Guangdong Yuecai Investment Holding Co., Ltd. subscribed to a capital of 10 billion yuan, holding 90.908% of the shares. Dongguan Emerging Strategic Industry Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) and Zhongshan Industrial Investment Master Fund (Limited Partnership) each subscribed to a capital of 500 million yuan, holding 4.545% of the shares. Guangdong Yuecai Fund Management Co., Ltd. subscribed to a capital of 1 million yuan, holding 0.0091% of the shares.
