Single-chip security intelligent door lock scheme based on Nations products

    On January 11, 2022, the National Technology N32G4FRx/N32WB4x MCU single chip security intelligent door lock scheme was launched.

    In recent years, with the substantial improvement of people‘s living standards, the smart door lock, as the core product of home smart security, has been favored and pursued by many consumers, and has become a new outlet in the smart home industry. The traditional intelligent door lock scheme needs to add additional security modules to realize the storage protection, encryption and decryption operation, security authentication and other functions of sensitive information such as key, unlock password, fingerprint template, etc., which is not conducive to the miniaturization design of the product, but also has potential security risks to a certain extent. The one-chip security intelligent door lock scheme launched by the General Assembly of the United States of America based on the National N32G4FRx/N32WB4x MCU can integrate the physically independent smart door lock master control, security chip, fingerprint recognition, touch control, Bluetooth and other functions into a single MCU chip, which saves the cost of the device, while reserving more space for the design of door lock products.

    Founded in 2000, National Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in China‘s security chip and general MCU. The company has the first independent security chip attack and defense technology laboratory, post-doctoral scientific research workstation, and branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Singapore and other regions.
    The N32G4FRx/N32WB4x applied in this scheme is a high-performance MCU specially designed by Nations for single-chip security intelligent door locks. It integrates fingerprint recognition algorithm component, security component, password component, voice component, low-power control, touch component, optional Bluetooth component (N32WB4x comes with BLE5.0 Bluetooth component) and other components. It is equipped with embedded freeRTOS real-time operating system, and can smoothly run OLED menu display, voice navigation, fingerprint, touch and other human-computer interaction functions. In addition, contactless functional chips can be provided in the design to achieve the best ratio of cost and performance of the intelligent door lock scheme.

    In addition to high-performance MCU, this solution also includes seven major parts: voice module (DAC), communication module (WiFi/Bluetooth, NB IoT module, RCC/NFC card swiping module), display module (OLED, LED light), memory module (FLASH), data module (TSC touch control, fingerprint module), unlocking module (unlocking motor, oblique tongue control), and battery, which can be applied to smart home fields such as apartment, home lock, and padlock.
