T25S80 Description:
T25S80 (8Mbit) serial flash memory supports standard Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and dual/four SPI: serial clock, chip selection, serial data I/O0 (SI), I/O1 (SO), I/O2 (WP #), I/O3 (HOLD #). The transmission speed of dual input/O data is 266Mbit/s, and the transmission speed of four input/O data is 532Mbit/s.
