CS5025E is a CMOS process booster switching regulator, which mainly includes a reference voltage source, an oscillation circuit, an error amplifier, a phase compensation circuit, and a PWM/PFM switching control circuit.
CS5025E built-in MOS design, only requires 12 peripheral components, minimal peripheral where to maximize the reliability of the power module and avoid the complexity of the power module design. CS5025E can provide up to 14V constant voltage output, can ensure the maximum 8A peak circuit load uncertain operation, as low as 2.5V starting voltage, 3~12V wide operating voltage range, can be used with a variety of terminal equipment to the maximum.
