The ME2107 is a series of high-efficiency, low-power PFM controlled synchronous boost DC-DC converters with enable true shutdown and short-circuit protection. Built-in true shutdown function. When the function is enabled, the input and output are really disconnected, the system consumes very low current, and has the short-circuit protection function, improving the service life and reliability of the device.
The ME2107 offers a 1.8V to 5.0V output voltage with a step of 0.1V. When the chip is 0.9V input, it can start the output 3.3V voltage with more than 1mA load. Suitable for the application of single alkaline, nickel-metal hydride dry battery power supply equipment. The synchronous boost, SOT23-5 package, requires only four components on the periphery to complete the low input battery voltage boost to the required operating voltage.
