CST4614 General Description:
CST4614 is N-Ch: BVDSS=40V, RDSON=17mΩ, ID=8.5A; P-Ch: BVDSS=-40V, RDSON=39mΩ, ID=-7.5A, N+P dual channel fast switching Mosfet. Provide SOP8 packaging.
The CST4614 is the high performance complementary N-ch and P-ch MOSFETs with high cell density, which provide excellent RDSON and gate charge for most of the synchronous buck converter applications.
